Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED:
Basic one-day course offering an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Meets OHS regulations for Basic First Aid. Exceeds competitorsā standards by including injury prevention content, CPR and AED.
Standard First Aid & CPR/AED:
Comprehensive course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.
Ā Certifications are valid for 3 years
AED ā Automated External Defibrillation INCLUDED in ALL CPR Courses
Canadian Red Cross Courses are WSIB APPROVED
Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED
- Traditional In-Class
- Level C: 8 hours
- (Level A is available to private groups upon request)
- Blended Learning
- Level C: 5 hours in-class + 4 hours online learning
- Requirements: To obtain certification 100% attendance is mandatory. Participants are expected to successfully demonstrate the required skills, and complete a written, closed book knowledge evaluation with a passing grade of 75% minimum.
- Certification: Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED Level (C)
- Certificates are issued by the Canadian Red Cross and are valid for 3-years.

- Level A: 5.5 hours in-class + 8 hours online learning
- Level C: 8 hours in-class + 8 hours online learning
